One of the few chifas in Lima that comes closest to a dim sum experience and has a decent variety. If not too busy, service is very good. I suggest avoiding the pork dishes if you have a sensitive palate. Shrimp, chicken, and beef dishes were all pretty good. If you want duck, take a look at them hanging in the first floor before deciding to order. Always sit on the second floor. If you are getting seated in the first floor they are either too busy or it's an off hour and staff are doing other chores than serving customers. Prices are pretty affordable. We ordered 8 dim sum dishes plus a pot of tea, which the waitress kept refilling, for 90 soles. It was enough for three people or two very hungry persons. The neighborhood isn't very safe so stick to the main streets and avoid venturing too deep into the side streets. Also always be aware of the closest municipal safety personnel who are at each Main Street.
